In a chassis made of precision-milled armor wood, the Ovation features 100,000 integrated metal balls that eliminate any chance of damaging resonances. Hidden beneath a 40 mm thick turntable of resonance-damping POM is a particularly smooth-running, effectively decoupled DC motor with high torque.
With its Clearaudio optical speed control (OSC) and CMB ceramic magnetic bearing, the Ovation achieves synchronized values with minimal tolerances and redefines the standard in its class.
